Every purchase of the Healstem Medical Mat comes with 1 year of warranty (regardless of size). Should the medical mat malfunction in any way, send it over to HEALSTEM and we’ll repair it at our expense for the first year. However, shipping costs are to be handled by the customer.
After your warranty ends, it is very simple to get your mat repaired. Simply inform us of the mat problem(s) via email/phone, and we’ll send you the address to get it fixed! The time it takes to get the mat fixed depends on location. The cost to replace the regulator is $50, while the cost to repair the mat itself varies from $100~$200.
