Raising Your Core Body Temperature is the Key to a Healthy Life

Throughout the recent years, you may have heard how raising your core body temperature is important for your health. Many people today try and follow popular temperature raising techniques. So here’s the question…why is raising one’s core body temperature so important?

A human body’s normal body temperature ranges from 97.7~99.5°F. Now if the body’s temperature drops below this range, problems start to appear here and there. However, if the core body’s temperature rises, one’s immune system starts getting stronger while various sicknesses fade away.

Did you know that most people around us with health issues such as obesity, sterility, aging, dementia, cancer, etc…, all have low core body temperatures? In other words, in the midst of the all the new & sudden various diseases out there today, low core body temperature has been the common denominator.

“One’s core body temperature is an index to measure one’s immune system.” If one’s core body temperature is low, in light cases there may be skin troubles, constipation, or allergy symptoms. In worse cases, blood circulation gets worse and cancer cells become active. And in the worst case, it can lead to death.

On the other hand, if one’s core body temperature rises, one’s metabolism and the enzymes in the body become active. But most importantly, one’s immune system gets stronger which makes one less prone to sickness. In reality, over 5000 cancer cells form inside our body at a daily basis. However, this isn’t a problem for a normal healthy person because it rarely leads to a tumor.

Yet if one has a low core body temperature the possibility of a cancer outbreak becomes really high. This is the reason why we need to raise our core body temperature. In this way temperature is closely related to our body’s functions. There has been cases where terminal cancer patients were completely healed after suffering with high fever for one week. That’s how much of an impact one’s core body temperature has on our body.

“Health is a habit, aim for that 1°C.” So how exactly should we raise our core body temperature, and how do we maintain it? Author Saito Masashi, after traveling across Japan, the United States, and Europe for many years as a cancer/aging specialist made the conclusion that the majority of our mental symptoms are hugely related to our core body temperature. And so he researched how to raise one’s core body temperature and has been telling people the importance of it. The book that contains this information suggests several temperature raising practices which include deep breathing, slow training, throw-in, stretching, and limp massages.

Deep breathing balances our autonomic nervous system by consciously switching our sympathetic nervous system to our parasympathetic nervous system. Slow training promotes the secretion of our growth hormones, and also trains our muscles. Moreover, throw-ins trains our inner muscles and strengthens the pivotal point of our body which is the torso. Finally, stretching helps stretch the muscles and widens our joint movement which helps fix our improper postures.

All of this is a prescription, as well as the first step, in increasing one’s core body temperature. “We present to you a solution to staying healthy till 100.” Today, we are no longer concerned about how long we’ll live. Rather, we live in a society where we worry about how we will live our long life. An era where the human lifespan reaches 100. Health has become the focal attention of many, and as a result, people have started searching for healthy ways to eat, sleep, exercise, and more. But if you look around and observe those who are especially healthy and energetic even when of old age, almost all of them took care of their health since they were young. You may also notice that their lifestyle is closely related to activities that raise one’s core body temperature. Raising one’s core body temperature leads to a higher immune system, and a higher immune system leads to less sicknesses. Eagerly raise that 1°C. This small act will become a staff that guides you towards a healthy 100 years.
