Symptoms that occur when your core body is cold
First of all, you easily catch a cold. When you overwork yourself, when you lack sleep, when your day/night is switched, when the seasons change, when you sleep coldly, etc…your body easily feels cold. And as time passes by, your body starts catching symptoms such as having a runny nose, a sore throat, or having a fever. And eventually, you become sick. If you heat up your core body temperature (which can be accomplished through the Healstem Medical Mat) as soon as the symptoms appear, you’ll be able to overcome such symptoms.
Second, you easily gain weight (depending on your body constitution and habits). The first and main cause of obesity lies in the fact that fat hardens when in a cold state. For instance, when one cooks pork belly, oil starts flowing out of the meat. However, as soon as the cooking stops both the oil and meat start solidifying as a result of the heat cooling off. In the same sense, if someone with a cold stomach and body temperature consumes pork belly, the oil enters the cold stomach and solidifies along with the food consumed prior to it. Of course, some of this exits one’s body as a part of one’s stool, yet a good chunk remains stored in one’s somatic cells. As a result, one’s belly starts growing out and is how obesity starts.
If one observes obese people’s eating habits, they tend to enjoy consuming ice cream, cold carbonated drinks, or cold beers. Consequently, the ice-cold edibles that enter start solidifying as they exit the visceral and subcutaneous layers. And during this process, they also take away the oil and heat in your body. And that is how one becomes obese. It is safe to assume that over 90% of the population suffering from obesity have cold stomachs and have a constitution where heat escapes outside.
The second main cause of obesity is “eating excessively.” When our stomach is cold, symptoms consequently start appearing there. “What symptoms?” you may ask. Cravings and hungriness is one of the main symptoms. Interesting, isn’t it? When our stomach is cold, our head naturally gets hot and we lose focus; we start rushing which alerts our brain to eliminate these symptoms as soon as possible. As a result, we unconsciously start thinking of thoughts such as “I need to eat in order for my hunger (symptom) to disappear.”
The third main cause of obesity lies in the fact that fat “makes our body cold.” For instance, when we are stressed our head starts becoming hot and our stomach turns cold. And when we start getting frustrated due to the rising temperature of our chest and head, we tend to look for ice creams or cold drinks in search of that “refreshed” feeling. However, doing so only makes the stomach turn even colder and symptoms (cravings and feelings of hunger) start appearing. And after a while, our head and chest gets even hotter and we start craving for more!
Receiving stress makes our body cold. Stress makes our hypothalamus feel relieved only when we feel full by eating (this is called stress eating). But when our body is cold we start eating without control; we start consuming a lot of oily and cold edibles without much thought. This leads to obesity. If one keeps their body warm, it’ll help with their blood circulation and keep the head cold. This in turn allows one to think straight and clear, making one less prone to stress. It also allows one to be able to go through the day without feeling hungry even if 1~2 meals are skipped.
Third, you lose fat (depending on your body constitution and habit). When the body is cold, there are people who gain fat. However, there are also people who lose fat. Obese people have a warm constitution so they gain fat by eating a lot. Yet skinny people have a cold constitution so it becomes difficult for them to eat in large amounts. And this is because their digestion, consumption, and excretion functions are weak. Even if one tries to eat a lot by force, it’ll only worsen their blood circulation due to improper digestion. Moreover, it can cause the body to fall into an even colder state.
Fourth, your cerebral health weakens. When your body becomes cold your head naturally becomes hot, and when your head becomes hot your brain cells harden which causes brain diseases. As the blood vessels in your brain harden it gives birth to cerebrovascular diseases, and causes various headaches as the nerves in your brain are paralyzed.
Moreover, it lowers the brain’s functions by paralyzing one’s metabolism and the brain’s secretion of hormones. Those who experience these symptoms feel as if their head is heavy, have trouble having clear consciousness, and often have stiff and dark expressions. Why? Through stress and anger instigated through one’s personality, their body steadily becomes cold and causes their head to be hot. These type of people often have a lot of negativity inside them and are filled with hatred, sadness, and resentment.
Fifth, internal coldness is related to stress. It is widely known that stress is the cause of gastrointestinal disease. If you are stressed with rage, torment, terror, etc., your blood vessels start shrinking which makes your blood circulation bad…and consequently leads to low body temperature. As a result your face may become pale or your hands/feet may shake.
