The mat I’ve purchased two months ago has been really helpful. First of all, it has been a great help in my sleep. I am very sensitive in my sleep so I usually have trouble falling asleep. However, when I use this mat, I am able to sleep comfortably and wake up without the feeling of heaviness and tiredness that I usually feel when I get up from bed. Secondly, I have a lot of Zoom meetings. I don’t know why but i get dizzy easily when I see the screen. So what I did was use the Healstem mat and after lying down on the mat for about 20 minutes with a temperature of 50 degrees celsius, my dizziness disappears and a feel refreshed. Lastly, the wave energy water tastes so sweet and delicious. I did not know water could taste so great!
